Attention Clicks Pharmacy Festival Mall

Whenever you go to Festival Mall Clicks Pharmacy there's is only ever two people helping at every given time at the dispensary Why?

Have you as a person ever taken the time to ask: "how are you" to individuals that are helping you in that stores dispensary?

When I asked one person at Clicks Pharmacy Festival Mall, how they were doing, that person broke down in tears and couldn't even continue with helping me at the dispensary and I wondered to myself, how and why could this be because this person looked happy and their radiant smile always keeps us coming back to this place.

I further more engaged with the staff at Clicks Festival Mall dispensary and I am in liberty to say due to the constant change in staff members, there should be something wrong at this store and having lodged a complaint before and not receiving any feedback shows that this entity really doesn't care about us as customers so what more about the employees?

I strongly believe that some sort of intervention should be done at Clicks Festival Mall before it's too late not only from a customers point of view but also the wellbeing as well as the mental and emotional well-being of the staff but the dispensary staff mostly.

People spend more time at work these days and that environment should be a safe space for them.
