Atrocious Service

I placed an online order on the 8th of December 2021. I ordered three items and one of them was my secret Santa gift. I sent emails and called many times and was told the case would be escalated. I have been patient and understanding since the 8th of December and now I'm furious and irritate. Firstly the lines of engagement is pathetic I had to follow up each time concerning my parcel if I didn't question this I would still be waiting for delivery. Ownership has not been taken inadequate service. I am so ****ed off, the utter lack of consideration and communication is pathetic and makes my boil run. I paid for my products and allowed the waiting period and today they deliver half my products I am beyond upset by the lack of decency and responsibility being taken by the parties involved. You have lost a client your service is pathetic.
