Atrocious Clicks Managerial Service

Clicks VR Mall store in Edenvale has shown me atrocious Managerial service.

I went there on Saturday morning 29 July to purchase flu medication and after I paid, their system rebooted after my payment had been approved but they argued it will probably reverse and I had to pay again which I comp**** as I was in a rush and sick....I was told by a lady named Sindiswa that the reversal will happen within 3 days and she took my details to call and check if the reversal happened, if not then I would receive my money....I then waited till Wednesday and went to the store at 3pm having had not received the call as promised to go request my refund as the payment had in-fact gone through...

I was then met by a gentleman by the name of Koketso who then stated he needed to check with the accounts department to see if there was a surplus and he too would call me to do a reversal if there was one to be done, mind you I had shown him that the account did in-fact have the exact 2 payment go through...when asked when this enquiry to accounts will be fulfilled I was advised he didn't know but it "Should" be 24 hours and after the confirmation I would then get a refund (which I'm assuming is electronically meaning more wait time)...

Mind you all this running around is done by me, because Sindiswa did not check with accounts because she was off, which in-turn means had I not gone, it would have taken even longer for them to check and then action MY refund for THEIR ERROR, as a system rebooting isn't my fault.

I am fundamentally disappointed and appalled at the service I received from clicks
