@Clicks Group Protea Glen, I am deeply disappointed by the service we received. It is upsetting when customers are treated poorly, and my son was treated with disrespect by a staff member who was supposed to assist him in collecting a package I sent him to fetch. No customer deserves to be treated like *******. This experience was unacceptable, and because of it, I will no longer support or shop at Clicks Group Protea Glen. I hope management seriously addresses how customers are treated.
