****** at clicks

Yesterday in the afternoon I went to meet my cousin at Clicks Jane Furse where she was shopping for her son and with so much confidence I went in because Clicks is one of the stores that are close to my heart, as she shop she could not find the correct size for the clicks nappy brand and we asked around and ended being reffred to one of their own to help but instead of goin g to check she asked her colleague who happened to be behind us and the guy said they have ran out of the size my cousin wanted we then proceeded to walk towards the till but just b efore we could get there I realise that my purse is nolonger with me thats when I allerted the Clicks stuffincluding the secury guard as I also ran to check in my car as my cousin kept on insisting that I check although I told her that I am very certain that I cam on with it just incase I will need to buy something, just when I got back from my car realising that its not there I asked for the managers ans told them whats happening thats when my purse came out from the till handed tgo me by one of the cassiers and obviously without my money R1 200 and when i said its okay lets refers to the cctv phootage I was told"WE DO NOT HAVE CAMERAS" my heart died right there because how am I shopping at such a high level store and be told they dont have cameras?? The worrying part is that customers don't even know that, so the only person who would have the guts to empty that purse is someone who knows that there are no cameras, and the lady who we asked about the nappy size was the one who happened to have picked up the purse but did not even alert the manager as per their procedure. WHAT A COINCIDENCE!! At the end I was told there is nothing they can do and that I am responsible for my own belongings.
