Assistant manager with no knowledge of products

I wanted to take Clicks up on their take 3 and pay for 2 offer on selected products. I reached the cashier and did not qualify for the promotion I did not qualify, and I didn't have a problem with that. I asked the assistant manager Kerspuy to show me the products that qualified for the offer and at first she ignored my request. She then asked me " wat wil jy dan he girla?", felt like I was being spoken to like I'm some random girl from the street and not a paying client. She then said she will show me which products I can choose from with an attitude because i was being persistant. We took items from the shelf and she said it would qualify, but once back at the till it still didn't match. After 4 trips back to the aisle she still didn't know what products actually qualified and just tried to rub any 3 products on me because she was irritated that she didn't know how to do her job. I cannot believe that the cashier was so absolutely calm but her assistant manager Kerspuy was so blatantly rude to me. She needs to be taught how to do her job because I've been a gold club card member for years but I doubt I will go back to clicks after being treated as if I'm stupid.
