I trust that you are well. It is normally so easy and quick for people to complain, but this is a message of sincere Gratitude and I pray that word gets out to the Corporates of Clicks to somehow inturn show serious appreciation to your branch at Plumstead, Cape Town.

I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to the Store at Plumstead clicks. If ever there would be staff that are so wonderful and efficient, Plumstead, Cape Town is definately that branch. I order my Mom in laws medication each month and without a doubt those Pharmacy staff, (THE BEST EVER) always acknowledge my emails, respond immediately and are dead set accurate with prepping all my Moms meds. I feel like they are really a big part in my life and they never make me feel like just another customer. Each and every experience, I've had in that specific store has been a good one, and you can see the way they react and speak to all their customer's. Many of the customers, especially the older folks, are greeted by their surnames and are immediately assisted with so much patience and care and treated so beautifully by the staff who are so amazing.

So today, I want to say thank you to each and every staff member of Ashers clicks Pharmacy in Plumstead. You guys are fabulous and deserve every bit of recognition and hopefully some good reimbur*****t for this success of your store. Have a wonderful day. Best regards, Rosalind Swain
