Arrogant service
I went into Clicks store today. I wanted to do a covid-19 Test. i was advised to go to Ampath laboratories which I did. As i needed a certificate Passing at the counter on my way out, I picked some promotional charmelsed almnd 100g (as per slip) pack for R5,70 from R22,99, to the till. I noticed the teller was not aware of promotion, as he scanned the bar code and waited for the payment. I then advised him " They are on promotion Sir, Please go and verify in a friendly tone. He called the supervisor who reduced the price.
Jokingly and friendly I said" Had i not mention to you I was gonna pay more I suppose? He Just said " Is OK! I then said to him is not okay, " Instead you should be the one who advises me!
He then said, It is not his job!. For a moment i thought that sound arrogant! as he added more murmuring words of arrogance and looking at his unpleasant facial expression. As i was going passing him I then heard some insulting remarks! I then asked him not to insult me. I said Please lets not start insulting one another! Then got shock when another cashier nearer warning me not say any word, because the man is dangerous! "He is dangerous, stop saying anything further ! I beg you! He said. we all know him here you may, you can ask everyone!. I was left extremely scared in an organisation suppose to be customer-centric as clicks to think that he may be abnormal then , working with public! be" He is dangerous and he can do something bad to you" he continued! I am even scared till now! I am not sure i will ever walk again into clicks. First there was reports of ****** and now mental personnel at counters.
Or the gentlemen s comments was a joke? i am really puzzled! I got really scared. the teller s name is Thabang . Branch: Fedusre forum. C009. S00350 R006, if all codes mentioned could help identify him.
