Arrogant head Pharmacist

I regularly go to Clicks for my prescriptions, have been doing so for 20 something years. I went the weekend before and submitted a script which needed adjustment, I try submit the adjusted script the next weekend to be met with a refusal to take the script because i asked the doc to send it.to myself to print, since when does the script need to be sent directly to them? I showed proof of the original in my email from the Doc himself but they still refused to process, which is ridiculous. Well Clicks you can have you arrogant head pharmacisits, in your stores but I will not support your business in any fashion going forward.will make an effort to avoid them completely
