Appreciation Post

Appreciation to the ladies at Clicks at the Clicks Bluff Towers for the lovely service. Whilst I was on the floor confused about certain products a friendly lady came through and advised me of the different options available to me. and when I got to the til a lady by the name of Khosi was friendly and smiling, I have had an issue with my points and took it upon herself to call the customer service and ensured that my points were credited. Upon looking at my slip I realized there was a discount that was not credited to me (Buy 3 get 1 free). She apologized, still smiling she called her supervisor and very quickly ensured my discount was credited to me. Keep up the awesome work ladies. We appreciate you.
