Applause? Really?

The prescription for my chronic medication is at Clicks Jubilee Crossing, and I have written many positive reviews of them. On Saturday the 20th of December I had a problem with the medication so I called in, and spoke to someone who introduced herself as "dineo the pharmacist". I asked her if I could speak to any one of the people I usually deal with. She was extremely cold, and every person I asked for, the response was: it's De(Z)ember, "he/she is on leave, and I don't know when they'll be back", Really? You are relieving them yet you have no idea when they'll be back? I wasn't asking for the exact date and time. I just thought she'd say something like "they'll be back during the 1st week of January, etc". She was curt, and I didn't appreciate that. I didn't want to explain from the beginning because the 3 people I asked for already knew what the problem was.. Respect, empathy, and the love for people are key... try that sometimes...
