Appauling Service from Clicks

I made an online purchase on the 20-05-2020 , and I still havent recieved the rest of the stuff I ordered. On the 26th of May i recieved part of the stuff actually only 5 things from the list of things I had bought. I immeadiately sent and email informing them and then made a phone call and i was told that my order was divided in two and the rest of my stuff will be delivered later that day or latest the following day which was Wednesday the 27th of May. I didnt receive the stuff on Wednesday on Friday morning the 29th I called again informing them that my stuff is still not yet delivered and they told me it is with the courier and should be delievered lates Monday. Tuesday the 2nd of June I called and was told I should have my things later on that day nothing was recieved that day. On the 3rd of June i sent another email and I never received a response. I called again on the Thursday the 4th of June. That when I spoke to a guy by the name of Mohamed who then told me that there is an issue with my order as it has been sitting with the courier and he will escatalate the matter to find out wjhat is happening. As I washolding the phone got cut-off and I called again and I spoke to a guy by the name of Benevolent who was very helpful and he said he will find out whats happening and call me back with some feedback whcih he did. He told me that the matter has been escalated and an email has been sent to the courier company. On Friday the 5th of June in the morning I got a call from a lady who said she was from the courier company asking for my address and she said that the reason my order hasnt been delievred was because they didnt have the delivery address which was strange but anyway and i asked her when they will deliver the stuff and she said Monday I told her no they must deliver the same day as there will not be anyone to accept the stuff on Monday and that this has been going on for too long and I cant wait any longer for my things and she said she will make sure my stuff gets delivered the same day if not it will have to be the following day which was Saturday the 6th of June 2020. It is Monday the 08th of June today 18h12 and I still havent recieved my things. No one has even called to tell me whats going on.
