Apparently Discovery Vitality appointments don’t get honored at Clicks Mall@Reds

I would give a 0 if possible. We booked for a Discovery Vitality Check and had our appointment confirmed 6 times. We got there and the nurse wasn’t even there. They used loadshedding as an excuse but they knew the schedule and didn’t cancel or move our appointment. We had been fasting for 17 hours and they honestly were rude and didn’t care. You don’t need electricity to run the blood, sugar, etc tests or do the measurements, only to capture it. Worst service ever!
