APPALLING SERVICE

The service I received at the Clicks Fourways Crossing on Monday 27 May 2019 afternoon around 4Pm was beyond words. I needed I powder . I received no assistance what so ever. I have bought make up from at Edgars where they helped me test which shade would suit me. At Clicks I was literally told '" the testers are there you must check one suits you" and she walked off to another customer. I had expected her to tell me that she had to attend to a customer and wold come back to me once done. After she was done with the customer she simply passed me , went to her station and started talking to a colleague. I told her the I wanted powder form Essence but I was not sure which shade but she chose to ignore my request.
