Appalling service

Appalling service from Clicks in Umhlanga. I purchased Corenza C which is marked at R56.99 but was charged R64. Upon querying it, no one can assist, Maggie the manager is on leave. I was offered a refund, but then the statement was retracted with no reasoning. It seems as though no one knows anything as the only answer you get is “I don’t know”. Please can this be rectified immediately!
