Appalling service

I went to Clicks Alberton to buy a nasal spray. I had to take a number and wait. After about 20 min another customer next to me voiced his disfavour with the slowness of the service. He went to the desk and got served. I was called to an assistant and asked for the nasal spray. She got it, came back with it and started typing. What's your surname she asked. I said I just want the nasal spray I said. She said it's required. I gave her my name a surname then she asked for my cell number. What was that in aid of. If they worked any slower they would be going backwards. The manager was walking around as if all was well, didn't notice the long queue, or the procrastinating of the staff. I then went to pay, only 2 tellers, another wait, my purchase of 1 nasal spray took almost 45 minutes. This Clicks is appalling, the service is terrible, and the staff don't give a damn.
