Appalling customer service, Clicks Humerail, Gqeberha

Rude behaviour from the pharmacist Sinazo at Clicks in Humerail, Gqeberha. Very poor manners and even poorer customer service, for whatever reason she did not ask me if it would be cash or medical, she instantly assumed for whatever reason that I was paying cash, never mind the fact that I have my medical details listed on my profile, when I told her I am paying by medical aid she all of a sudden became aggressive and said that we didn’t have a discussion about medical aid, which is true because she never asked as is the practice with EVERY pharmacy that I have been to. Overall experience with this lady was horrible, she needs some customer service training or something because no one who deals with customers should behave in that manner at anytime.
