Appalling Customer Service -Clicks Capricorn Park Muizenberg

I am appalled and disappointed in the service I received from Clicks Pharmacy Capricorn Park in Muizenberg yesterday . My husband had an operation last week and was dispensed pain relief medication when discharged from hospital ,this has since run out and he called Clicks after 9am in the morning requesting information regarding the process of emailing a script and collecting it . The email address was provided and the script was sent to the pharmacy at 10.02am , a note advising that his wife would be collecting the medication later was attached and I was copied in on the email . When I arrived at 4.50pm I was advised by Charnae that the medication cannot be dispensed because it was a scheduled drug and the script has to be sent by the doctors rooms my response was why was the doctors rooms not contacted then or even the patient the whole day had passed and now the offices closed ? Charnae then responded by saying the client has to physically come in and will be told about the process , Does this even make sense ? This is pain relief medication that is required I am shocked . Charnae then told me that I could try going to another pharmacy for assistance this obviously didn't sit well with me . This is not the customer service your brand promises to deliver , I expected more empathy when the staff at clicks are dealing with sick patients
