Appalling Customer service by manager

On the 25th of October my partner tried to take back a feeding bottle which has broken within a week back to Clicks at Lakeside shopping mall as they return policy states but to her surprise the manager by the Sonnyboy was very rude and disrepctful my parter advise that since the quality of the brand clearly was poor she didn’t want the same bottle as our son normally uses quality bottle we were just trying a different brand since it was just one extra bottle we need , she was advise by the manager that she can’t take anything else she has to take the same brand bottle that broke within a week , this is honestly poor service for such a big giant like clicks and I’m pretty sure he was making his own rules , we have never ever had such problems at dischem , please I need urgent assistance with regards to the matter
