Appalling customer service

Clicks Harvest place has zero customer service , the contact number on the website is Incorrect, I had to go to another Clicks branch to get their correct contact and I called for my medication to be delivered which they refused and said it was late, following day I called went on the Url they sent and added my details for delivery only to get home and find no delivery was done, surely a person can die if you rely on Clicks Harvest place poor service.
