Appalling customer service

I am totally appalled by the service of one of your employees... I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service.

I visited Clicks in Southgate Mall today and was “assisted” by Lungile Tshefu who seemed very irritated with me and even rolled her eyes when I asked her about breastfeeding friendly over the counter medication for tonsils...

When Lungile was asked to apologize she still proceeded to give me attitude and ask me what she had done wrong...

Please train this woman; she clearly has no customer service s****s and focus.

We are not her friends, we are there as customers and therefore she should respect her job and the customers she comes across.
