Appalled at dismissive attitude of staff member at clicks in waterfront

Good evening i was at your Clicks store in Waterfront and my brother and i walked in and needed assistance. We saw one of your staff members who works in pharmacy walk pass and we called him and he blatantly ignored us. We called him the second time only for him to tell us his in a hurry. I still asked the tall darkish gentlemen with dreads on his and a mastache across his lip what about customer service and he mumbled and kept walking. How disrespectful, im appalled that people like this is employed at your company.

My brother eventually got another staff member, a guy by the name of Yonela and he came to assist us and even took his time. My question is what will happen to the other gentlemen as im seeking an answer before i take this to social media. Because if Yonela could assist us why couldnt he
