Appaling, Terrible, Horrible Customer Service!

<p>So I have been to the Clicks in Vangate Mall`s store on the 4the September (Yesterday) at 12:37:35, was helped by a very "betlak" cashier, no hello, please or thank you and her face makes you want to leave the store. Her name is Bronwyn. I bought a pack of Kimbies (Clicks brand Purple pack) was R119.00 with baby club card its R109.00 when I got to the till I asked Bronwyn why does it show that I must pay R119.00 am I not getting a discount and with an attitude she says, Baby clicks clud card! I then asked if it wasnt registered onto the clubcard that I have because a few months ago I app**** for the baby clicks card and a girl by the name of Nabeelah helped me so I thought that by now it has been linked to my husbands card because I mean it has been more than 2 or 3 months ago that we filled in that form anyways my husband then told the Manager of the store, Rashieda that we filled it in and Nabeelah helped us etc and this Manager says well we are not to be blamed all we do is let you guys fill it in and then send it off to head office so we can blame HR of Clicks because she doesnt know what they do there at Head Office when the application forms get there. For a Manager to give a response like that, I must say lack of Management s****s by shifting the blame instead of taking ownership! No wonder most of the cashiers there are so "betlak" and does not have customer service s****s because they do not have a leader that leads by example! Pathetic!</p>
