Appaling service

The service at your Amalinda branch suck big time. The manager has no time to listen and the stuff is never at fault..... We have had numerous problems with my aunt's medication with no one to take accountability but ourselves. To be told they triple check medication before its dispatched but we've experienced problems with them more than 5 times. I'm highly disappointed with their appalling service.
