I have to say am appalled at the service just received from your Clicks Westville Mall branch Saturday 23rd January

WhiIst shopping in the mall i was stung twice by a wasp. I am highly ALLERGIC to bees and did not know how I would react to the wasp sting. I went to the pharmacist at the counter and asked to purchase allergix. Busy Saturday morning was told to take a ticket and join the que. I explained my situation, explained I could not join a long que, explained that I am allergic to bees with adverse side effects and was once again told to join the que. I asked to speak to the head pharmacist and was ignored
