apologetic service with a SMILE

We visited the store on saturday and puchased 2 bags of chips ... my mom really loves this specific flavor so before leaving the mall she opened the packet .. it had a terrible smell and tasted horrific. checked the date and it was expired. We went back to the store and the staff at the far left hand side were very apologetic and went out of their way to find a box with some fresh packets and compensated us. with a smile<br> <br> wonderful service !
