Annoyed!!!!!!

I went through to Clicks Eldridge mall, returned a straighter as my husband had bought me a better one from the same clicks for mothers day. First the manager Sipho Mqaba went to see if he could retrieve the information. He came back and found the receipt and then requested can he do a voucher, so I said no seeing as he now has the reciept I would like my cash as I paid cash. He refused, I told him I will lay a complaint as now he wasted 20min of my time and he is refusing because he needs an original. Really you as the manager printed the slip and you will process the authorise the refund?????? whats the differece
