Annie clicks n1 city till supervisor

I am disgusted by the manner in which we were treated by "Auntie Annie". I asked Tarryn the till operator why the dryer didn't scan the special price as indicated on the shelf, she told Annie that the price was incorrect and she asked Tarryn and I quote " why is the customer saying it's on special when it is a different product", and note I do not work for clicks. Annie called Moegamat who works in the department and in a loud abrupt manner asked him for the 2nd time " why is the customer saying it's on special when it's not". All the hairdryers was displayed underneath the price mentioned. I then mentioned to my husband what she had said and abruptly while she was busy with another client she said she didn't say this and the other thing, I then told her to keep quiet and she said I shouldn't tell her to keep quiet as she was speaking to Moegamat and not me. I then said to her I wasn't speaking to her either.

I find it disgusting that such a big retail outlet would place someone in a senior position that has no manner to deal with clients.
