Ankle injury at clicks store

On the 26th May 2016, i was doing my shopping at Clicks in Pretoria central when i slipped and fell on the ramp as it was slippery and ddnt have a crip mat or rough tiles. I got an ankle injury and the staff there was so helpful as thy rubbed my feet and tied it with a bandage. The pgarmacist also came and gave me a massage and said something might have happened to my ankle as she was busy assessing it. I asked them if they can take me to a Dr or a hospital as i was in pain and could barelu walk. They wanted to take me to a public hospital of which i refused because of the bad service i received in publics. I then asked my collegue to come pick me up as i couldnt walk. FRom there i called Clicks head office to ask if they can pay for a Dr's consulatation fee as i needed my ankle to be checked to check if there are any injuries or fractures. They said unfortunately thy are not able to help me upfront even though i explained to them that i do not have a medical aid and no money to go see a Doctor and i am in pains and need medical attension. The only thing i got from them was their apology for the inconvenience, thy ddnt even bother to consider my request to be taken for a proper medical attension.
