Angry customer

I had done an online purchase online & received an email late that stock was not available. I had to send bank letter & ID number for a refind to be done in 14-17 days. I waited 17days then contacted, only to be told it was not put through for my refund. Even spoke to the manager & complained when he promised i would get my rrfind sooner as it was their mistake. Only received an email later that day again that my refind will be done after 14days. They totally didnt care that i wanted the product urgently & got more mad as this was not the 1st time this was done. At 1st my whole order was not delivered as their truck was hijacked after i had to call them numerous times when they were giving me a round around.!!!
