Angry and upset customer

So i went to clicks zevenwacht mall 2 days ago tp buy a hairdryer and babyliss hairstraighterner, salesman told me i have to wait 2hours for the stock to come in only to find out theres no stock and the only babyliss he have is kept aside for another customer. He than told me to take a differant straighterner which i didnt even want and more expencive. I got home did my hair and my hair looks terrible and is damaged. Salesman suppose to give me a call incase the customer didnt come fetch the babyliss but he never did... I sent clicks service a massage only for them to tel me i have to waut 3 working days for them to get back to me#shocked.
