Angry and disappointed customer

The guy that gives out chronic medication on the second floor at Durban cbd ( opposite Woolworths) has unpleasant way of working. Rude, no customer service knowledge at all, no humaniy.i have no idea how he was given that position especially that deals with people who already have a chronic that they have to deal with and do not need extra negativity
