Angered by the deplorable service at Clicks Vaal Maal Pharmacy

I have never been so disrespected in my life. I was at Clicks Vaal Mall Pharmacy today (5th of June) to collect my medicine. I was issued a ticket at 17:39. I waited for 10 minutes until I was called at counter 2 at 17:49. I was assisted by a very unprofessional MASHUDU MPOTU, who is a Pharmacy Assistant there at Clicks Vaal Mall Pharmacy. I showed her the digital script from my doctor, and she asked me to email it to ***. She vanished while I was emailing the script. She came back and asked me to sit down, and she would call me when she got the email. I was surprised when she said that because the email is delivered immediately after it is sent. I assumed that maybe CLICKS have very old computers, maybe that is the reason the email will take long. I copied myself on that email and the email was delivered immediately. I waited for MASHUDU MPOTU from 17:50 till 18:28, almost 40 minutes, when I realised that my time was being wasted by this long wait. I went to one of the Pharmacists and asked her to call Mashudu for me. She told me that she had already knocked off. I was so shocked. Why did she call me in the first place if she was in a hurry to knock off? Why did she not inform one of her colleagues to assist me? I am sure if I did not ask, I would have waited till the shop closed at 19:00. I am extremely disappointed with CLICKS for such poor service. Why are you not training your staff members to respect and prioritise your customers? MASHUDU MPOTU is working for you, and she is displaying your values as the company. We have a wide variety of pharmacies that we can use. This was my last time buying at CLICKS. I cannot continue being a customer of a company that does not value its customers. I cannot continue to be treated like a nobody with my own money. I am going to spread this message on social media platforms so that other people are aware of such an ill treatment that you are giving to your customers. We value our time for it to be wasted by CLICKS and their MASHUDU MPOTUs. I even did a virtual consultation with my Doctor because I didn't have time to drive and wait at his practice. Now that time I am trying to save is wasted by CLICKS and their MASHUDU MPOTUs. Customers who don't value being treated with respect and dignity will continue doing business with you. I am sure I am even wasting my precious time with this complaint, and no one would respond.
