I went to the clicks the Grove mall and I was really shocked by the rudeness from the cashier for asking a simple question. I was assisted rudely by a cashier named matimba whom I asked if she sanitizes the pinpad after every customer just making a conversation.. Then the cashier told who am I to ask her such she knows what she is doing and on top she told that I must not come here to ruin her day to make problems for her. I can report her she does not care. Sometimes I feel like the cashiers talk back us rudely because I am black then they treat like that I felt she disrespected me and I have every right to ask for my safety as well
