********* and Misinformed Pharmaceutical "Assistance"

Your Fourways Mall Pharmaceutical Staff, are the rudest and most obnoxious people that I have ever met. The 1st incident involved them conveniently running out of one of the types of medication brands, just before their store closed a few weeks back ( My Mother's chronic medication, might I add), and quickly summoning me to go to Mall of Africa Clicks, as they close later. Today, I was livid. Your obnoxious Pharmacist/ Assistant serving at Counter 5, at between 16h30, and 17h 30 pm, refused to give me the remainder of my mothers medication, a script which as issued 1st February 2025, and set to expire the end of July 2025. He argued so badly with me, that I landed up supporting one of your competitors, a private, decent and compassionate pharmacy with ethics. Your high end management, really need to investigate the horrible treatment at your Fourways Mall branch, and confront pharmaceutical staff, about how arrogant, the are, always ready to pounce and be correct, before listening. I will be taking this further, and reporting it to the existing Pharmaceutical Regulatory Boards.
