Anacceptable customer services

For years I am collecting my cronic medication from clicks pharmacy. They needed a repeat prescription and it was provided via email. I collected my meds from them end of July. When I wanted to collect my meds again on 04/09/18 I was informed that they cannot help me as they needed the original prescription. An email address was provided for me to email it to. I am without medication and if there was a change in medicine I can accept the refusal but for the last 30 years it is the same. And is the email original? Total unacceptable service! Or maybe the guy that assisted dont know a thing about customer services.
