An unprofessional Pharmacist

I had never had an issue well visiting the store, until today. I visited Sasolburg Boulevard and was assist by Seipati M Sekekete. Please train your staff about customer experience and satisfaction. We were not happy with her service and she decided to substitute different antibiotics without informing or educating my husband. I believe before you do that you need to inform the customer before taking decisions on their behalf because they might be assisting a customer with allergies or pregnancy. During the customer experience she kept assisting another customer during the interaction which looked so unprofessional, and I think that's where she got distracted and on top of that while she was waiting for authorization I believe, she then called the customer back again and requested for her clicks card even before the consultation was concluded. I honestly feel prescription are there for a reason and next time educate your customer before appointing yourself as a qaulifed Doctor.
