An antagonizing makeup purchase.

I got extremely irritated by the service, I got for the Clicks in Mall of Africa this morning. A simple makeup purchase it turned into an antagonizing, time-consuming transaction. I normally buy makeup at the Clicks in Mall of Africa and never have I had any issues.

This morning I was requested by the security guard to join a different queue. Fine I proceed to the queue, only to find that its a queue that will waste my time as I had to wait even longer. I eventually get to cashier and this lady has the audacity to tell me that people who buy a lot of makeup don't wait the normal queue as they end up *****ing the makeup. Haibo that's a nonsensical and antagonizing statement. What saddens me is that she didn't see anything wrong with that and no one(not the security guard or the manager) saw the need to apologize to me for making me wait that long for a simple purchase.

Wow I'm done making purchases at Clicks, I think Dischem will respect me as a honest customer and most importantly my time...
