Amazing Manager at Clicks, Broadacres

Bishop (Manager at Broadacres) noticed that I was searching for additional stock and he immediately approached me to take down my details. He went through so much effort sourcing additional items for me from various branches. He was in constant contact to update me and I collected my items the very next day. Despite it being past home-time and that he had other customers and tellers needing his attention, he even took the heavy box to my car. Whilst my items were being rung up, I noticed other customers enquiring re stock items, whilst tellers needed authorisations and he conducted himself calmly, professionally and with a friendly and willing attitude. What a refreshing experience! He is an example of what customer service should be! Bishop - U're a King! :) What a blessing you are to Clicks!
