Amazing delivery from Clicks Online

During the lockdown, I've mainly been ordering online from Clicks. The delivery is very quick, even to small outlying towns. I sometimes order at 1am and the order is dispatched within the next hour and reaches me within the next day or so. It seems like they are working 24/7. The online customer service team has also been helpful when I had an issue with one of my returns and assisted me.

The only issues I have is the Click and Collect, which can vary with different stores. Some stores are quick and some take long to retrieve an order. Also, returns/ exchanges have to be done instore for the majority of items purchased. Hopefully this will change in future
