Amazing customer service

I have been trying for a little over a year to redeem my points from my Clicks Card. I had registered my too many times and did not feel the need to register it anymore.

I had about a week and a half ago bought some items at Clicks Columbine Square and explained my story to the teller about the card and tires I am of this loyalty card that I am not able to redeem any points from. He (Gavern Mphato) had offered to get it sorted out for me. He was sooo professional I almost fell on my back. He called me after making contact with the call centre and updated me but also needed more informations from and advised that he would call again once he got the problem resolved.

The one thing I didn’t expect to happen had happened. Gavern called me back to confirm the issue had been resolved and I will be able to redeem my cash back next month on the 24 July 2021.

I wish there were tellers such as Gavern. A big well done on having such a great employee with such excellent customer service ??????
