Always short on stock

Yesterday I visited Clicks Tygervalley, the main purpose of my shopping trip was to look for their house brand dishwasher tablets special. To my frustration, they were out of stock. This is not the first time that this happened, on another occasion I went to the store for a special on the Nutripure supplements and again, they did not have any stock. Ordering online cannot be trusted, as once they had a great deal on the dishwasher tablets, I purchased two in order to get the special and they only had one in stock, they sent it to me without checking that I was ok with losing out on the social and thus paying full price for the single item. I was unhappy and returned it to the store, so it cost me much time and effort to specially go in to the store, which I had hoped not to do by shopping online. Whenever I have interactions with Clicks, it is of this frustrating type of nature and unfortunately they are long not my first choice in toiletries/pharmaceuticals, but I still attempt to get specials from them from time to time, only to be disappointed the majority of the time. I wonder how many other customers have given up and made them second option because of frustrations like these?
