ALWAYS BUSY

I have recently changed from my chemist to Clicks Pharmacy in Hout Bay. In the past year that I have using them, there is never a time, whether it be in the morning or afternoon, that there is not a huge queue of people waiting to be attended to. I spoke to the manager over a month ago, and she apologised and said they knew they had a problem, and would be sorting it out soon. Either there needs to be more staff or more counters, as every time I go in there is only one person attending to customers. I am very happy with the pharmacists, have no problem except the long queue's ...<br> <br> Please can you sort something out...!!!!<br> <br>
