Allowing booking online while the service not available
Complaints to Waverley Clicks
First and fore most, Clicks Waverley clinic is not accessible to customers. There is always an obstruction wall as if I am not allowed to use it. I went to clicks on the 24 of May 2024 requesting to book for a flu vaccine and was told I need to book on line. Friendly so as customer I booked on line on the same day. I received an email and sms confirming my appointment for the 06 June 2024 14h00. On the 05 June 2024 I received an sms for second time confirming my appointment. On arrival 30 minutes earlier on the 06 June 2024 the clinic sister told me I need to buy vaccine flu from the pharmacy. At the pharmacy I was told they don’t have the FLU vaccine. Then sister said they should have. I requested to speak to pharmacy manager who was entirely useless. She said the sister was supposed to tell her that she needs to order FLU vaccine. The questions remained I was supposed to book and later call the pharmacy to order the vaccine. Why allowing the booking system while knowing very well you don’t have flu vaccine. I honestly wasted my time and money coming to a place where there is no communication between the clinic sister and pharmacy manager. The only words the pharmacy manager said is “I AM SORRY” I asked her who will pay me for my time as I have to postponed some of my appointment she said ‘I DO KNOW” Waverley Clicks don’t do online booking if you don’t have the service. It is unprofessional and unacceptable. The attitudes of your pharmacy manager does not goes with your brand. My consultation fee is R 950 and I need clicks to pay me that as I had to postpone my consultation with my patient thinking I be served by clicks with respect and dignity.
I will never put my foot at Waverley clicks I rather goes to dischem where serving people is their priority. I will destroy your clicks card just because of that poor service.
