ALL WINDHOEK STORES OUT OF STOCK OR NO STOCK RECEIVED

I am usually an devoted Clicks fan, and do a lot of shopping there. Much to my dismay, products advertised in the Christmas booklet is still not in some stores. I have visited 3 Clicks stores in Windhoek, almost all of the advertised stock is not yet received, or sold out. One store went so far as to tell me that I need to remember that its a Christmas brochure! what does that mean? the brochure is valid from 3 November, and we expect the stock to be in stock since that day? Please ensure that the Windhoek / Namibian branches are fully stocked for the Christmas ahead!
