All my Clicks club card points are gone

I logged in to Clicks and all my Clicks club card points are gone... Balance 0. I checked my banking and there are no transactions for Clicks and the last one I did was where I used a small amount of my points to purchase something. Is this *****? System error? Please fix this Clicks
