Alert on Clicks Clubcard cashback ****ming.

Dear Clicks Clubcard members i will like to officially warn you on Clicks Clubcard **** pointing system.

Clicks is ****ing Clubcard members and they take no accountability for it.I had 7125 points by the 17th July 2023 as per my receipt.

Prior to the tracking of the points and noticing that i have been getting my cashback and when i inquired with the clicks in Sandton i was told that i will get my cash back on the 24th July 2023 and the Supervisor assured me that if its not credited i should come to her and she will log a ticket for immediate crediting.

However the story now has changed from getting cashback to the points i had was wrongly allocated to me by one of their thirdparty partner. Sorry for 2months Clicks did not see that and they happen to conveniently see it on the 24th July 2023.

I requested for a statement of such as they change depends which consultant i speak to.As a customer i was slapped in the face with R100 and odd after using my clubcard at Engen on friday for double points and buying at clicks the pointing system is a ****.

I received no apology or explaination email but just bulling of that is what it is deal with it.

I asked the consultant to credit my account of the points that i had and also for my statement to atleast 5 consultants and nothing has come forth.
