****** Airtime

I bought a Vodacom airtime voucher for R110 from Clicks, Blue Route on Wednesday 15th April 2026. When I tried to use it on Friday 17th April, it had already been used. I spoke to Vodacom and they told me to contact Clicks, which I did. Clicks, however, are saying that once I’d left their store with the voucher it was nothing to do with them. Surely they have all the information in their system. They will not reimburse my R110 and told me to open a case, but this won’t get my airtime back.
