Airheaded, Rude & Arrogant Pharmacist.
16/09/2019 - Clicks Columbine (Dispensary) - I met with a very airheaded Eulewanda Ukhwa. Doesn't greet or smile. I asked for my medictation. During this process she and other pharmacists are loudly chatting to each other in their language. She does her thing, she then goes to the cubicle on my right, doesn't ask me if I require anything else. She doesn't come back to the the cubicle, she instead stretches her hand and hands me the basket. She doesn't say Thank You or even allow me to say Thank You. I left to the isle of the lip balm, they didn't have what I was looking for I had to go back to dispensary. I punched for self medication ticket. Zimkhtha Mfede was assisting another customer. Eulewanda was busy by the shelves. After about 3 minutes she goes to her cubicle to press the voice automation to call my ticket. It called out ticket number with a P and other digits, my ticket S. She saw me standing there and waiting. I didn't go to her because that wasn't my ticket number. Immediately thereafter another client punched in an S ticket and she pressed the voice automation and he went forth to her cubicle. I went forth and said but my number wasn't called. She arrogantly says I did call your number, you didn't come. I said it you didn't plus you see me standing there, she again shouts, you didn't come. I had to get another ticket. This time, Zimkhtha Mfede, assisted me. They go on chatting in their language with the other customer. I said to Eulewanda, you are very rude and arrogant. She says I called your number, you didn't come that is not my problem. I took down both Zimkhtha and Eulewanda's names on my phone. Zimkhtha tells Eulewanda that I am doing this. Eulewanda in a sly tone shouts I am sorry ne, not looking at me but with her nose and chest in the air walking to and fro as she collects the other customer's medication. I ignored her. She continued to say sorry in her sly tone. I said take your sorry and your stinking attitude and shove it down the toilet. When Zimkhtha was done I took my medication and left.
