Air-conditioned that's not working

I went to clicks in Denlyn Mamelodi West, this is the 2nd time I wanted to go get some few items I couldn't, I had to turn back for the 2nd time at the door because of the aircon that's not working. How do you expect your customers to shop in a stuffy, humid place like that. Such bad customer service. I have never experienced such in my life. I will never go there again.
